Tips on Something ②

Suddenly, in my mind, the tips on something I want to talk about how to keep healthy.

Nowdays,more and more people are concerned about their health. In my opinion, I think health is better than walth. You know,this is mean have a good health is the most important in our life.

But, the key points is do you know how to keep healthy?
Because my mum's health is not very well, before this job, I learned and searched some ways  for keep health to my mum.So, I understand some ways for how to keep our's healthy.

I heard one sentence from my science teacher, "You can take away our house, car, money , close and so on and we can survive. But if you taken away our health, we would surely die."

There are some tips on how to keep people's health, if people follow these three ways of keeping fit, they greatly improve their health.

First, you should do more physical activities, for example, walking after meals, running in the morning, playing badminton etc. These action will improve your bood circulation around body and "say goodbye to against dieases".That is why more and more people are becoming active in various kinds of sports. The best one for this point is every morning many people get up early and take much exercise, someone practice shadowboxing and swordplay while others run, jog or dance to music. In the afternoon,there are also many people keen on the sports.Some play basketball or volleyball or table tennis and so on.Through these sports and exercise, people become healthier and stronger.


Second,some medical researchers have proved that what people eat affect their health. They advise people to eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat ,such as beef and pork because meat contains more fat than poultry and fish. You know the fat can cause a heart attack. Therefore, we should eat some original food and sanitery food which have no polluted vegetables and lower in fat or cholesterol meat. Eat natural food as possible as you could far away from food without colour material, pesticide and additives.


Third,getting rid of bad habits like is also an important way to keep healthy. You have to give up the bad habit, such as smoking, gambling and so on. In addition, we should keep a good mood all the time during ourselves life.We should renew our spirits and release our stress.In order to enjoy our beautiful life, we must be bound to keep healthy.


All in all, only we pay close attention to the aspects above so that we could keep our body in good condition.
